Return Policy
At Elle's Boutique we understand sometimes your perfect purchase can turn out not being so perfect. We are happy to issue store credit for returned items. Please review our full return policy below.
- Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
- Customer is responsible for shipping on returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, or exchanged.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of date you received the item.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags (including all boutique tags) still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Shoes must be in original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to original package, your return will not be accepted.
- Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise, however every item will be thoroughly inspected before it leaves the warehouse so we don't anticipate any damaged items. Reports can be made to sales.ellesboutique@gmail.com or 501-438-1051.
- Swimwear is eligible for a return only if the hygienic liter is still attached.
